STS is looking for experienced, highly motivated, leadership oriented test, design, and product engineers to complement and enhance our worldwide team.

Initial STS positions have the following job skill requirements:

Test Engineer:
The initial positions have the following job skill requirements: 5+ years experience in Semiconductor test engineering job positions. Product engineering and test development engineering skills are required. Experience at semiconductor test facilities in US, Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand or other world-wide semiconductor packaging/test firms is required job experience for our candidates. Skills include: Team leadership in developing hardware/software related to test programs for integrated devices. Experience in hardware and software development or conversion of test programs for ASIC, DRAM, Flash, FeRAM, high performance IO (USB, SerDes, DDR, HyperTransport, SPI4.2, ...) or other devices from one test platform to another. Experience with or developed continuous improvement processes for production test programs. Experience with test program development on multiple test platforms (Teradyne, LTX, Credence, Advantest, etc.). Experience supporting test development engineers for test pattern generation. Experience with Electrical Failure Analysis and test solution debugging techniques.

Product & Test Engineering Manager:
The initial positions have the following job skill requirements: 5+ years experience in Semiconductor Product & Test Engineering management and leadership. Experience at semiconductor test facilities in US, Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand or other world-wide semiconductor packaging/test firms. Skills include: Team leadership in developing hardware/software related to test programs for integrated devices. Experience in customer interface on new product development and accomplished leadership in technical engineering supply chain management. Experience with or developed continuous improvement processes for production test programs. Demonstrate strong experience in industry technology development and roadmaps. History of experience and accomplishment in new product development areas of Silicon processing, micro-electronic devices design and fabrication, Circuit Design, ATE/Bench Test Development, Package design and fabrication, Reliability Physics.

Technical Supply Chain Engineering Manager:
The initial positions have the following job skill requirements: 5+ years experience in Semiconductor Product & Test Engineering management and leadership. Experience at semiconductor test facilities in US, Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand or other world-wide semiconductor packaging/test firms. Strong relationships and teaming with industry leaders in wafer fabrication, IC Assembly, IC Test, PCB Assembly and PCB Test factories. Accomplished experience and working relationships with IC Distributors. Experience in customer interface on new product development and accomplished leadership in technical engineering supply chain management.

Semiconductor Sales & Marketing Manager:
The initial positions have the following job skill requirements: 5+ years experience in Semiconductor Sales & marketing Management. Technical understanding of electronic solutions, competitive pricing and customer support. Understanding of wafer materials, wafer bumping, photolithography processes for microelectronic and semiconductor solutions. Ability to travel internationally and meet with global customers and attend trade shows. BS in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical engineering or related field. Entrepreneurial with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently with a proven track record of success in Sales and Marketing. Experience in developing prospective customers in North America, Europe and Asia to determine requirements, present solutions and close business. Develop strategic goals and determine global strategies for developing new business opportunities. Track current business opportunities, prepare sales forecasts and provide sales reports regularly.
